option is similar to the standard business broker
representations but we have the most advanced
systems to target and qualify new buyers on an
ongoing basis.

This
option may be one-of-a-kind in North America. We
will train you on selling your business in the
Western New York market using the same systems we
would use. This is a Six Hour Training Session by
Scott Radin himself that includes...

| This
option combines some of the great business brokering
benefits with some of the FSBO training benefits to
form a hybrid seller program. This program comes in
two parts - Buyer Process Training and Broker
Representation Services.
Three Hour Training -

FEE - $600 for
training then monthly marketing and consulting fee
of $200 per month for nine months or until business
sale closes - whichever comes first. At least 50% of
the monthly fee goes directly toward marketing your
business.
